How can we ensure that everyone is included in Brussels?

Create a 21st century public bathhouse. We all have showers at home, so the need of public baths are no longer about cleaning, but can be about the social; creating community. It can still have showers that are affordable with social prices for those who don't have places to clean, and have public toilets for the neighborhood. It can also have a hammam, sauna, and communal bath available at an affordable price. There are not many public places in Brussels for sauna / wellness. After experiencing public pools in Iceland, you can see the value of bathing for community. An example of a social bath house is Badhuis Da Costa in Amsterdam. We need is a place that brings different groups of society together.
