It can still have showers that are affordable with social prices for those who don't have places to clean, and have public toilets for the neighborhood. It can also have a hammam, sauna, and communal bath available at an affordable price. There are not many public places in Brussels for sauna / wellness. After experiencing public pools in Iceland, you can see the value of bathing for community. An example of a social bath house is Badhuis Da Costa in Amsterdam. We need is a place that brings different groups of society together.
