How can we get together more often in Brussels?

Eugène Plasky was a landscape painter. We would be surprised to see that the Avenue and the Square named after him is a car park. Let’s turn Square Plasky into a park where people can meet (incl.playground) and the roundabout into a place de rencontre/Ontmoetingszone so that restaurants and cafes can expand their terraces. And lets use the space between the trees of the avenue to create more green space and a cycling lane from Meiser to Jamblinne de Meux.
