Kleurrijke buurten met ontmoetingsplekken

Description

Sommige buurten in de stad zijn somber en triest. De stad verdient meer kleur. In sommige buurten, bvb Yser, is er niets voor jongeren. Wij willen open plekken met wat natuur en jeugdhuizen.
