How can we get together more often in Brussels?

I am living in a building in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert where I do not know my neighbours. Brussels has a lot of parcs. We can organise in a parc a nice barbecue where we can meet and know our neighbours and have fun. Brussels have a lot of expats (as me) who are coming from different countries all over the world. They are carrying the traditions with them and it would be a great idea to share them with others. It could be a huge multicultural barbecue with dancing, eating and socialization. Thank you.
