Do you have more ideas to turn Brussels into a better city?

I dream of a day that we don't have to dispose and smell the stink of garbage on the street, a day in which i don't have to keep on looking down to walk afraid of stepping on dog poop, a day in which Brussels can actually become a clean and feel as a developed city.
