How can we live a more healthy lifestyle in Brussels?

Is it possible that govt can introduce last mile connectivity with bikes like third party service providers? It will increase fitness, reduce carbon emissions compared to adding new bus routes and generate some sort of employment in maintaining the bikes? A nominal charge in the lines of what villo is collecting is acceptable. Can such a possibility be explored?
