Do you have more ideas to turn Brussels into a better city?

-People with big dogs many times do not pick up excrements after their dog, even when we see it and hand over a bag to pick it up they refuse and get agressive. -I caught few times guys (not drunk) during the day to piss on the windows of the apartments that are on the groundfloor/basement, and sometimes I can see the window is open and they dont mind, looks like it is done by a purpose! (Ambiorix area, Place Daily etc..)
