The VGC organises Stadspiratie

The Flemish Community Commission (Vlaamse Gemeenschapscommissie or VGC) is the Dutch-language government body within the Brussels-Capital Region. It is open to all Dutch-speaking residents of Brussels and everyone who is interested in the Dutch-speaking network in Brussels. As a government body, the VGC is responsible for culture, youth, sport, education, training, student affairs, playgrounds, well-being, health, family, integration and urban policy.
